Sharing resources

As long as we live on the Earth, within the Gaia ecosystem, we need to learn how to share its resources.

Our monetary system is an abstraction that allows us to distance ourselves from the natural resources we depend on to survive. However, nature teaches us that our consumption of resources will limit what is available to others, and that over-consumption inevitably leads to an imbalance in the ecosystem that will in turn affect everyone.

For us to create harmony in the world, with well-being and happiness for all, we first need to find harmony within ourselves and balance our materialistic needs with our spiritual ones.

The Universe is infinite with endless human potential, but even if we could harness all of its matter and energy directly, we would not be happy unless we started from a place of inner harmony.

Let us therefore focus on the real values -- the immaterial and therefore eternal values that we all can share, for free.

  • Amount vs. balance
  • Accumulation of wealth is unethical
  • BalancePrincipal
  • Clash of classic worldview with nature; reality
